Two ways to use RSI.
EntryMode reverses either style: 1 keeps the normal direction and 2 reverses it. RSI period, trading levels, trading hours and lot management remain configurable.

Center mode
TradingStyle = 1 uses a single level. With a center of 50, normal mode buys above 50 and sells below it.
High / low mode
TradingStyle = 2 uses two levels. With high = 70 and low = 30, normal mode sells at the high level and buys below the low.

RSI EA v3.0: spread protection, memory-file fixes, manual lot entry, trailing-stop fixes and HedgeRatio.
HedgeRatio: a value of 3 limits the difference between buy and sell order counts to three, such as 3 buys / 0 sells or 4 buys / 1 sell.
